Sparkling Rosé
A combination of 62% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 38% Chardonnay grapes. Peach pink hue, exquisitely fine bead, showing body, richness and aromatic presentation.
Light to very light salmon-pink hue. The bouquet is faintly herbal with some celery-like notes, the palate soft and round, finely-textured and intense, the flavours focused and fine, taut and long and very appealing. There's a tinge of honey. It's complex, multi-faceted, and entertaining. There's a hint of liqueur sweetness cleverly counterpointed by fresh acidity, the whole thing transmitting serious energy. A top wine.

Top Gold, Trophy: Australian Sparkling Wine Show 2021
2021 Pinot Noir
An elegant yet plump structure, excellent fruit, fine tannins and beautiful length; juicy, more peppery and herbal in a delightful way.
Highly aromatic, small red flowers and petals fill the bouquet, the colour is bright clear, and deep, the palate living up to all the promises. It’s a wine of distinction, it’s texture and structure seriously good.
Lovely clarity, medium density with garnet hues. Enchanting bouquet with red carnations, clove, vanilla, and marzipan. In the mouth the deliciously sweet fruit has a lively aspect - all very refreshing and restorative. Gentle persistence, with soft acid at the end.
Classy wine.
